Policy Veterans James Ballentine and Dan Quan join PFS as Senior Advisors Bryan Blom promoted to Senior Vice President
Washington, DC – Porterfield, Fettig & Sears, LLC (PFS), a leading bipartisan government relations firm, announced today that James Ballentine and Dan Quan have joined the firm as Senior Advisors. The addition of two well known, seasoned policy experts ensures that PFS will continue to provide the breadth and depth of expertise and thought leadership necessary to remain effective in an everchanging political landscape.

Mr. Ballentine (bio) has spent more than 30 years in Washington working on policy issues and leading the congressional and legislative affairs department at the American Bankers Association – the largest banking trade association in the country. Dan Quan (bio) is a known fintech thought leader, having led the fintech initiative at CFBP entitled, Project Catalyst, as well as co-founding a fintech venture capital fund, Nevcaut Ventures.
Additionally, PFS proudly announced the promotion of Bryan Blom to Senior Vice President. Mr. Blom has successfully served the firm and its clients with integrity for over six years and will continue to serve an expanded role as a key member of the PFS management team.
