Kelly McGrath is Director of Government Relations of Porterfield, Fettig & Sears, LLC (PFS). Prior to joining the firm, McGrath served as the Legislative Assistant for the House Financial Services Committee Subcommittee on Capital Markets under Chairman Hensarling (R-TX). In this capacity, McGrath helped draft legislation related to capital formation, such as JOBS Act 3.0, market structure and corporate governance reform. Additionally, McGrath worked on the Committee’s hallmark legislation, the Financial CHOICE Act, working on titles related to capital formation and securities penalties.
Before working on the Capital Markets Subcommittee, McGrath worked closely with the House Financial Services Committee Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, assisting staff with document reviews and with researching and writing reports.
A native of Northern Virginia, McGrath received her B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
