Coalition Management

There is strength in numbers – provided everyone is on the same page and everyone stays on message. Managing a coalition takes a great deal of time and effort to ensure the tasks and assignments are effectively executed. Like any orchestra with various musicians, instruments and sections of instruments, each one needs to play its part at the right time and play it well. Just as the conductor is charged with directing those musicians, so too, is the manager of a coalition charged with directing coalition members on when, where, and how to effectively execute game plan. PFS has an excellent record of managing successful Washington coalitions.
